Light

Two large buttons, nothing else. No settings, no menu, no account.

Walk — steady light. The LED turns on and stays on, like a flashlight.

Bike — the LED and the screen blink white, so you are seen from a distance in traffic. The screen goes to full brightness and will not switch itself off: the phone can stay mounted on your handlebars.

A third, discreet button imitates a blue and red emergency light bar, with a siren — a toy for children. Impersonating law enforcement in public is illegal in most countries.

Blinking runs at 2 flashes per second. That is not an arbitrary choice: above 3 flashes per second, a full-screen blinking display can trigger a seizure in a photosensitive person. There is no hardware risk — a blinking LED runs cooler than one left on continuously.

The app is in English, with a Hebrew toggle behind the flag at the top of the screen.

The app requests no permissions — not even camera access, since driving the flash does not need it. It collects no data, never reaches the network, and contains no advertising.

אופניים — הפנס וגם המסך מהבהבים בלבן, כדי שיראו אתכם מרחוק בתנועה. המסך עובר לבהירות מלאה ואינו נכבה מעצמו: אפשר להשאיר את הטלפון מקובע לכידון.

כפתור שלישי ודיסקרטי מחקה מערך אורות חירום כחול ואדום, עם סירנה — צעצוע לילדים. התחזות לכוחות אכיפת חוק במרחב הציבורי אסורה על פי חוק ברוב המדינות.

ההבהוב פועל בקצב של 2 הבזקים בשנייה. זו אינה בחירה שרירותית: מעל 3 הבזקים בשנייה, מסך מלא מהבהב עלול לגרום להתקף אצל אדם רגיש לאור. אין סיכון לחומרה — נורית שמהבהבת מתחממת פחות מנורית שדולקת ברציפות.

האפליקציה אינה מבקשת שום הרשאה — אפילו לא גישה למצלמה, מכיוון שהפעלת הפנס אינה זקוקה לכך. היא אינה אוספת נתונים, אינה ניגשת לרשת ואינה מכילה פרסומות.
